Gavin Glozier

Having established his career in 2001 in financial services, Gavin has built a career dedicated to innovation and excellence accross multiple business disciplines. Prior to his work as a Financial Adviser, Gavin built a successful career in various institutions and held senior roles at Asteron Life, Macquarie Bank, and AMP before founding his own financial licensee, Vinarc, a forward-thinking business designed to attract like-minded growth focused firms that challenge the status quo. 

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Vinarc began as a boutique licensee and has since evolved into a dynamic, multi-faceted business offering licensee services, an advice community, and outsourced staffing solutions partners with growth-minded small businesses, providing talent solutions and business advisory services to help them achieve excellence. Gavin is deeply passionate about supporting growth-focussed businesses—fostering collaboration, sharing resources, and raising industry standards. His vision is for every Australian to have access to high-quality financial advice and sound business guidance.

In 2019 Gavin launched financial planning practice, Your Wealth Hub Advice, focusing on providing tailored advice solutions to clients looking to build wealth and build the life they want to live on their terms.

Through his business advisory consultancy, GDG Consulting established in 2021, Gavin extends his expertise of large and small business beyond financial services to provide comprehensive business advisory services. He sits on a number of small and medium company boards and works closely with business leaders, specialising in business governance, risk management, business and process efficiency, driving cultural change, business profitability, problem solving, people leadership, technology integration and HR support. By working with his clients, Gavin ensures these firms founders vision is growing sustainably whilst protecting the long-term vested interests of all shareholders through his focussed care and attention.

When he's not driving innovation in financial services and business advisory, you'll find Gavin surfing the waves of Sydney's Northern Beaches, spending time with his wife Klytie and their two children, playing guitar, travelling, or adding to his wine collection

Klytie Glozier

Klytie has been an integral part of Vinarc for over five years, leading customer experience with a focus on marketing, sales strategy, and client satisfaction.

With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Klytie has held key roles at Colonial First State, Macquarie Bank, and Zurich, working closely with financial advisers across Australia. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.

Outside of work, Klytie enjoys life on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with her husband, Gavin, and their two children. A dedicated yoga and meditation enthusiast, she embraces a balanced lifestyle and loves traveling to Bali, where the family enjoys their own version of an endless summer.

HR MANAGER

Regina Joy Solis

Regina is the HR and Operations Excellence Manager at Vinarc, where she collaborates closely with Gavin to oversee critical aspects of the company’s AFSL, as well as Community and Outsourced Staffing initiatives. With over a decade of experience in insurance, customer service, accounting, and offshore client and talent management, Regina is committed to driving operational excellence and fostering a thriving workplace culture.

Since joining Vinarc, Regina has been pivotal in shaping an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and inspired to perform at their best, while also driving processes that align with organisational goals and industry standards.

Outside of work, Regina loves heading out on road trips and discovering new restaurants, embracing a balanced lifestyle that keeps her energised and ready for action in her work-from-home setup.

PARAPLANNING & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Jenette Talledo

Jen is the Paraplanning and Compliance Manager at Vinarc, where she leads a talented team of paraplanners to deliver high-quality compliance documents.

She works closely with Gavin to oversee all aspects of compliance for the company’s Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), ensuring that operations align with regulatory standards. Since joining Vinarc in July 2022, Jen has been dedicated to maintaining excellence in paraplanning and compliance processes.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys nurturing her collection of plants and taking refreshing walks, embracing a balanced lifestyle that fuels her professional and personal passions.
